Privacy Policy
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else. (1) If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, work email, company, and message you type into it. (2) We collect aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics for dplyd.io — page views, referring site, country, browser type, and page performance.
What we don't do
We do not set advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels or cross-site trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. We do not build advertising profiles, and our analytics cannot identify you individually or follow you across other websites.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which transmits them to our email and retains them briefly in its dashboard. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. Demo bookings are handled by Cal.com, which receives the name, email, and any notes you enter when scheduling. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for a demo, and understand which parts of this site are useful. Nothing more.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our business email for as long as the sales relationship is live, and deleted on request. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained by our analytics provider on a rolling basis.
Your choices
Email info@dplyd.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We honor deletion requests regardless of where you live.
A note on our product
This policy covers this website only. It does not describe the DPLYD appliance, which is deployed inside our customers' own networks — we do not have access to the data our customers process on it.
