Partner Program

Your AI, running at the edge, secured by us.

Regulated buyers won't touch your product if it means shipping their data to your cloud. DPLYD Carrier gets you there anyway.

A managed appliance, deployed on your customer's site, running your product on open-weight models we help you select. You keep the product and the relationship. We handle the box.

DPLYD Carrier is a partner program for AI software vendors: we deploy and manage a hardware appliance at your customer's site so your product runs inside their network boundary — without you building on-premises infrastructure, hardware logistics, or an edge support model.

01 / The Problem

Regulated buyers want your AI. They just can't take it your way.

Legal, healthcare, defense, and education organizations are ready to buy AI products — but not ones that route their privileged, PHI, FERPA, or classified data through a third-party cloud. That objection kills deals in procurement, not in the demo.

Building your own on-prem offering means standing up hardware logistics, edge ops, compliance posture, and a support model you don't have — for every customer, every site. Most AI vendors don't have six months and a hardware team to spare. So the deal stalls, or dies.

The market you're locked out of isn't small. It's the market that cares most about security — which means it pays the most, and churns the least.

02 / The Approach

We put your product inside their perimeter. You never touch a box.

DPLYD Carrier is a partner program: we deploy, manage, and secure the physical appliance your product runs on, at your customer's site. You ship your application. We ship the trust.

[⊡]

Appliance, not a project

Standardized hardware, deployed and maintained by DPLYD at each customer site. No custom infra work for you or them.

[◆]

Model selection, done with you

We work alongside your team to pick the right open-weight model for your product's workload — performance, cost, and compliance fit, not just what's popular.

[↻]

Fully managed lifecycle

Updates, monitoring, and hardware maintenance are ours. You ship new product releases; we get them onto every deployed box.

[≡]

Predictable, partner-friendly economics

Fixed costs per deployment, not per-token or per-seat. Built so your margin holds up at enterprise scale.

Every Carrier appliance inherits Lighthouse, the same hardened base under every DPLYD deployment, and Sentinel, which exports the audit evidence your customer's security team asks for.

03 / The Distribution Value

A channel into every account your sales team can't close alone.

Carrier isn't just infrastructure — it's a go-to-market unlock. Every regulated prospect who says "we can't do cloud" becomes a prospect you can say yes to.

01

Co-sell into regulated verticals

DPLYD's compliance posture — CMMC L2, HIPAA, FERPA, NIST 800-171 — becomes part of your pitch, not a gap in it.

02

Faster procurement cycles

Security review is the longest step in enterprise AI deals. A pre-built, audited appliance shortens it.

03

One deployment model, many verticals

Legal, healthcare, defense, education — the same Carrier appliance, tuned per vertical, so you don't rebuild your delivery model for each new market.

04

Reference-ready compliance

Every deployment is audit-ready by construction — evidence your customer's security team can actually use, not a slide about "enterprise-grade."

04 / How It Works
STEP 01
[⊡]

Scope the deployment

We map your product's requirements — compute, data flow, model needs — against the customer's compliance profile.

STEP 02
[◆]

Select the model, together

DPLYD and your team choose the open-weight model that fits the workload, before hardware ever ships.

STEP 03
[↻]

Ship the appliance

DPLYD deploys the box on the customer's premises. Your product runs on it, fully within their boundary.

STEP 04
[✔]

We maintain, you iterate

DPLYD handles hardware, updates, and lifecycle. You keep shipping product — every release reaches every deployed site.

FAQ

Straight answers for partners.

Q ▸ Who owns the customer relationship in a Carrier deployment?

You do. Carrier is infrastructure, not resale. You keep the contract, the pricing, the product roadmap, and the account. DPLYD is the deployment and management layer underneath it.

Q ▸ Does my product have to be rebuilt to run on the appliance?

No. If your product runs in containers against an OpenAI-compatible inference endpoint, it runs on a Carrier appliance. We scope the specifics — compute, storage, data flow, network egress — before any hardware ships.

Q ▸ Which models can we run?

Current-generation open-weight models. We select one with your team based on your workload's performance, cost, and compliance requirements rather than defaulting to whatever is popular. Model choice never requires sending customer data off-premises.

Q ▸ Who does the customer call when something breaks?

DPLYD owns the appliance: hardware, operating system, inference runtime, updates, and monitoring. You own your application. The split is clean, and we support your team directly rather than putting you in the middle of hardware tickets.

Q ▸ How does Carrier pricing work for partners?

A fixed cost per deployed appliance — no per-token metering and no per-seat licensing — so your margin does not erode as a customer's usage grows. Exact pricing depends on deployment size and volume commitment.

Q ▸ Can our customers run disconnected or air-gapped?

Yes. The appliance can run fully disconnected, with managed updates delivered on a schedule and mechanism that fits the customer's environment, including offline transfer for air-gapped enclaves.

Stop losing deals to "we can't send our data to the cloud."

Ship your product where regulated buyers already need it to run.
